Tim Williams

Tim Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they work as a Lead Technical Recruiter at DHI Group, Inc. starting from September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Lead Enterprise Recruiter at TAD PGS, Inc. from April 2018 to September 2022. Before transitioning to the private sector, Tim had an extensive career in the United States Air Force Recruiting Service. Tim served as a Staffing, Classification, Placement Liaison Supervisor from September 2013 to March 2018, and as a Standardization Training & Marketing Developer from June 2009 to August 2013. Tim also held the role of a Health Professions Recruiter from May 2006 to May 2009 and an Enlisted Accessions Recruiter from April 2003 to April 2006. Tim began their professional journey as a Utilities Systems Journeyman in the United States Air Force from August 1998 to March 2003.

Tim Williams attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1998 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Human Resource. Prior to that, they attended Siena Heights University from 1995 to 1996 and studied Elementary Education and Teaching.
