Ledro Anthony Uriegas

Ledro Anthony Uriegas has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Ledro Anthony started their career at USAA in 2001, where they held various roles such as Sr. Loan Officer, Manager of Mortgage Underwriting, and Director of Mortgage Underwriting/Quality Control. In these positions, Ledro had leadership and oversight responsibilities, managed teams, and contributed to the development and improvement of mortgage operations.

In 2014, Ledro joined Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union as the Vice President of Mortgage Operations. Ledro Anthony was responsible for leading and overseeing mortgage operations in multiple locations, implementing strategies for increased member satisfaction, and expanding the business footprint.

Since 2015, Ledro has been working at DHI Mortgage, starting as a Compliance Manager and progressing to Vice President/Compliance Manager and AVP/Compliance Manager roles. In these positions, they led mortgage compliance operations, facilitated examinations at various levels, and empowered and developed their teammates.

Throughout their career, Ledro has demonstrated expertise in areas such as fair lending, HMDA data, third-party oversight, information security, and policy and procedure management. Ledro Anthony has a track record of achieving excellent performance ratings and contributing to the growth and development of their teams.

Ledro Anthony Uriegas attended the University of the Incarnate Word from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing Analytics.
