Tim Pageler has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim began their career at Texas A&M University as an Athletic Field Staff member and worked there for six years. Following this, they joined the Round Rock Express as an Assistant Head Groundskeeper for a year and a half. In 2005, Tim started their career in Information Technology (IT) at DHI Mortgage, where they held various roles over the years. Tim worked as an Information Technology Business Analyst for five years, followed by an Information Technology Project Manager position for almost nine years. Most recently, Tim served as the Director of Information Technology/VP at DHI Mortgage. Throughout their tenure, they demonstrated exceptional management and project management skills, including hiring and training new employees, allocating resources for ongoing projects, and enforcing deadlines. Tim also played a crucial role in setting policies and procedures for DHI Title and collaborating with business leaders and executives to develop system enhancements. Tim had the opportunity to travel to different sites, attend user conferences, and consult with partner software vendors to meet business needs. Tim's notable accomplishments include building an interface between DHI Title and DR Horton, negotiating a contract for eSigning technology, ensuring CCPA Compliance for DHI Title, implementing an enterprise-class software, and integrating DHI Title's Escrow Account Management System with D. R. Horton's sales system.
Tim Pageler earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Systems Management from Texas A&M University in 2001. Tim later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, completing it between 2003 and 2005.
