Radka Lopomo has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Radka started their career in 2011 as an HR Assistant Trainee at the International Relations Office of E-business (Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Maribor). In 2012, they worked as a Back Office Specialist and Internet Banking Specialist at J&T BANKA SR. In 2014, they became a Credit Collector for Expedia for Hotels, where they supervised credit collection operations for UK&Ireland affiliated hotels. In 2015, Radka joined Hach | Hach Lange as a Cash Collection Specialist, responsible for planning and executing collection activities for UK&Ireland customers. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an HR Coordinator at DHI before being promoted to Team Leader HR & Campus Support. In their most recent role at DHI, Radka holds the position of Head of Global HR Services & Analytics.

Radka Lopomo completed their education as follows:

- From 2007 to 2010, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.

- In 2010, they pursued an Erasmus Exchange program at Univerza v Mariboru, studying Economics.

- Continuing their education at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing and Business from 2010 to 2013.

- In 2013, they enrolled in a one-year course in Monetary Economics and Banking at Prague University of Economics and Business.

Additionally, Radka Lopomo has obtained various certifications, including understanding the GDPR from the University of Groningen in 2020, personality and ability assessment from ITO United Change | SHL Talent Measurement Czech Republic & Slovakia in 2018, and a JTI certificate from CfL Testværktøjer in 2017. Radka has also acquired certifications related to human resources management and employment of foreigners, among others.
