Urszula Sadowska-Maksym

Urszula Sadowska-Maksym is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and project management within the water resources sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at DHI's Global Business Unit for Water in Cities since September 2021, responsibilities include overseeing business and finance operations, resource management, and project leadership. As Executive Director of Operations at DHI Polska since July 2017, Urszula has managed performance monitoring, product quality compliance, and effective communication strategies with customers. Previous roles demonstrate a strong background in project coordination, environmental assessments, and leadership, complemented by a solid academic foundation with a doctorate in Philosophy and degrees in Biology and Environmental Protection from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University.
