Arno Rosbag

Arno Rosbag is an experienced customs management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in the logistics and customs industry. Currently serving as Customs Manager at DHL eCommerce Nederland since April 2024, Arno previously held the position of Manager Douane at Koninklijke Rotra Groep from October 2022 to April 2024, and acted as Clearance Operations Manager at FedEx from April 2020 to October 2022. Arno's extensive career began at TNT, where roles included Clearance Operations Supervisor and Staff Employee Customs & Clearance until April 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Specialist for the Ministry of Defence during the KFOR mission in 1999. Arno's educational background includes multiple degrees in customs and logistics, complemented by certifications in LEAN methodology.
