Sven Heinen

Sven Heinen is an experienced Key Account Manager at DHL eCommerce since December 2015, overseeing five large enterprise accounts and focusing on business development. Previously, as a Major Account Manager, Sven achieved quotas of 105% and 110% in FY 2022 and FY 2023, respectively, while managing 17 Strategic Partners. Earlier roles include Account Manager for field sales in Hengelo and Zwolle regions, where impressive achievements included exceeding quotas by over 130% in multiple fiscal years. Sven began a career at Canon Business Center as a Business Development Manager and earned recognition during a Sales Traineeship at Canon Nederland N.V., noted as the best in the country in 2014. With a Bachelor of Commerce from HAN University of Applied Sciences, Sven also completed studies at Ohio Northern University.
