Niamh O'Leary

Niamh O'Leary has over 20 years of experience in human resources roles. Niamh currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at DHL Express Ireland. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini for 9 years, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR, recruitment, and mobility functions. Niamh was also a part of Ireland's Senior Leadership Team. Before Capgemini, they worked at Sogeti Ireland Ltd as an HR & Recruitment Manager. Niamh has previously held positions at The Panel, Queensland Community Services & Health Industry Skills Council, and L&S Developments Ltd.

Niamh O'Leary completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities, majoring in English, History, and Human Development, from Dublin City University from 2000 to 2003. After a gap, they pursued a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland, completing it in 2009. Following this, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland in 2010.
