Tijmen Leroi

Tijmen Leroi is a seasoned professional in the field of IT security, currently serving as a Senior Security Specialist at Z-CERT since September 2024. Tijmen has extensive experience as the Owner of Maenscijn, a small-scale artisanal distillery established in 2016. Previous roles include IT Security & Risk Professional at DHL Parcel and Security Specialist at TenneT, where responsibilities included working as a SOC Analyst. Tijmen also served as a Security Engineer at RoutIT, focusing on penetration testing and vulnerability management. Early in the career, multiple roles in network operations and support were undertaken. Tijmen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from Utrecht University, completed in 2011.
