Jia Candela

Jia Candela has extensive experience in business process management and organizational development, notably serving as the Business Process and Organization Director at DHL from June 2012 to February 2017, where responsibilities included ensuring cross-functional alignment and managing a portfolio of internal and external projects focused on innovation and digital transformation. Prior to this role, Jia held the position of Deputy Head of Business Process & Organization, overseeing project management for digital transformation initiatives and team management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics from RMIT University. Additional experience includes serving as a Lead Project Manager and DMAIC + Lean Senior Advisor.
