Roger Ruan has extensive experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, currently serving as the US Customer Operation Group - China Program Manager at DHL Express since December 2012. In this role, Roger focuses on supporting strategies related to the China trade lane through root cause analysis and implementing operational improvements. Prior to this position, Roger worked as a Logistics Coordinator at SEKO Logistics, where responsibilities included managing domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing customer relationships. Roger's career began as a Management Trainee at DHL Global Forwarding, where comprehensive training across various departments equipped Roger with a strong foundation in air and ocean freight operations. Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Law from Shanghai Maritime University, obtained in 2010.
