Russell Bain

Russell Bain, LCB, CCS, possesses extensive experience in logistics and military operations. Serving in the US Army from January 2007 to May 2009, Russell was deployed as an Infantry Squad Leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom and later worked as an Intelligence Analyst. Following military service, Russell joined DHL Express in October 2010, advancing through various supervisory and managerial roles, including PM Imports Brokerage Sr. Supervisor and Senior Manager of the Customer Operations Group A. Key responsibilities included supervising teams to ensure compliance with US Customs regulations, developing import clearance strategies for global accounts, and leading initiatives to improve FDA regulated shipments. Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Speech Communication from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
