Tom Berray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retained executive search and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner at DHR Global since July 2022, Berray previously held key roles including Executive Board Member at Kestria and Founder & Managing Partner at Cabot Consultants. As a founding member and Board Director of the Washington Area CTO Roundtable, Berray has contributed significantly to the professional development of technology leaders. Earlier roles include Principal in the CIO/CTO Practice at Heidrick & Struggles and CIO/CTO Analyst at Gartner. Berray holds a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.
