Karla Garcia started their work experience as a Beauty Advisor at Walgreens in 2010. Karla then worked as a Teller at Elsa State Bank from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, they joined The Valley Land Fund as a Conservation Outreach Coordinator, where they promoted the organization in community events and maintained their website. Later in 2014, they became a Marketing Representative at Costco Wholesale, where they focused on increasing memberships and sales through community events and member renewals. In 2015, they joined Lone Star National Bank as a Marketing Assistant, assisting the marketing director in logistics, event coordination, and executive committee meetings. Karla is currently working as the Director of Community Outreach at DHR Health starting from March 2022.
Karla Garcia completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from The University of Texas-Pan American between 2008 and 2014.
