Rahul Barnwal is a Firmware Engineer-I at Dhruva Space since January 2024. Prior experience includes internships in firmware engineering at IIT Hyderabad's Department of CSE, and the Department of Physics, where Rahul worked on projects involving embedded FPGA boards and received guidance from Dr. Rajesh Kedia and Dr. Mayukh Pahari, respectively. Additional internships include developing programs for interfacing I2C sensors at Raman Research Institute under Srivani K S, and a research internship at IFJ PAN Institute of Nuclear Physics with Dr. Gopal Bhatta. Rahul also gained experience in developing an IoT and Deep Learning-based ECG device at Reflections Info Systems, and worked on machine learning code development for ADAS applications at Krish Tec. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Kottayam, previous educational experiences include attending a summer school on Astronomy and Astrophysics at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics and foundational education at Guru Gobind Singh Public School.
