Zahra Leggatt FCIPD is an experienced professional in organisational development and learning and development, currently serving as the Director of People and OD at DHU Healthcare since January 2023. Previously, Zahra held the position of Chief People Officer at Orbis Education and Care and served as Head of OD Transformation at Practice Plus Group. With a strong background in driving employee engagement, leadership development, and talent management, Zahra's extensive experience includes significant roles at Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd and Care UK, where responsibilities encompassed designing L&D policies, developing competency frameworks, and managing substantial budgets. Zahra began a career in HR management at Care UK Children's Services and was previously a Learning and Development Manager at Corvedale Care. Zahra holds an Executive Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bangor University.
