Tassiane Izabel Candido has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Tassiane Izabel started their career in 2003 as an Operator of Cash at Claro Brasil, where they eventually moved up to the position of Senior Salesperson for Own Stores. Later on, they became the Manager of Own Stores, responsible for managing and developing a motivated team to achieve operational results and customer satisfaction. Concurrently, they also worked as a Coordinator of Trade Marketing and Channels, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating sales strategies.

In 2018, Tassiane joined MOBI Telecom as a Digital Marketing Consultant. During their time there, they provided expertise in digital marketing and contributed to the company's growth until 2020.

Next, they joined PicPay in 2020 as a Sales Coordinator, overseeing sales in specific regions. Tassiane Izabel later transitioned to the role of Sales Supervisor before departing in 2023.
