Chelsea Redmond has extensive experience in People Operations and human resources, currently serving as a Generalist at DIA since January 2019, where responsibilities include administrative tasks, recruiting, and project support for global HR processes, as well as processing US payroll. Previous roles include Coordinator of People Operations at DIA, Donor Services Coordinator and Interim Financial Coordinator at The University of New Mexico, and various management positions at LQ Management LLC, Cinemark, Subway, and Freedomzone Marketing/PepsiCo. Chelsea holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of New Mexico.
