Joakim Urfels has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as Business Controller for Marine, Industry & Aerospace, Business Controller for Sales Europe, Group Financial Controller, and Regional Controller at Diab since February 2007. Prior to this role, Joakim held the position of Redovisningschef at Albany International Corp. from February 1996 to February 2007 and at Ängelholms Energi AB from August 1993 to January 1996. Joakim began a career in accounting as a Revisorsassistent at EY from February 1990 to May 1993. Educationally, Joakim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on Accounting from Linnaeus University, completed in 1990, and a Gymnasieexamen from Erik Dahlbergsgymnasiet with a specialization in electrical and telecommunications engineering, completed in 1985.
