Marcus Miller

Marcus Miller is currently the President and COO of Diabetic Equipment and Supplies. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of Iowa Home Care from October 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Universal Pediatrics from August 2007 to June 2016. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, cash and banking, insurance, and investor relations. Marcus also prepared cost and margin analysis by location to provide direction for strategic planning, including closing low performing sites and evaluating new site and market opportunities.

Before their time at Universal Pediatrics, Marcus Miller was the Chief Financial Officer of Weihs Enterprises from January 2007 to August 2007. Weihs Enterprises is an international agriculture business development firm that includes feeder pigs, dairy cattle, lamb and rock mining operations. Marcus was recruited to re-structure and turn around an operational and financially challenged company with $8+ million in annual revenue. Their responsibilities included all aspects of financial reporting, strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, cash and banking, insurance, and investor relations. Marcus also prepared cost and margin analysis by location to provide direction for strategic planning, including closing low performing sites and evaluating new site and market opportunities.

Marcus Miller has a long history of experience in financial reporting, strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, cash management, insurance, and investor relations. Marcus is an expert in turnaround situations and has a proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and profitability.

Marcus Miller did their undergraduate studies at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where they obtained a BBA in Accounting and Sociology.
