Sara Parker

Sara Parker is an experienced educational administrator currently serving as the Vice President of Business and Administrative Services at Diablo Valley College since July 2023. Previously, Sara held the position of Head of People at Invictus Academy of Richmond and served as Assistant Superintendent/Vice President of Academic Affairs at Napa Valley College. Sara's academic background includes over a decade of teaching and leadership roles at institutions such as Chabot College, where Sara was a Professor and Dean of Social Sciences, and the University of Delaware as a Faculty Lecturer. Additionally, Sara's international experience includes being a Fulbright Scholar at China Foreign Affairs University. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from the University of Delaware, a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and ongoing studies in School Business Management at USC Rossier School of Education.
