Derek Koyama is the Senior Director of Professional Services at Diabsolut. Derek has over 9 years of experience with the company and has held various positions such as Sr. Director Professional Services, Director Field Service, and Manager High Speed Technical Support. Derek is responsible for providing leadership and mentorship among a cross functional team of internal and external Business and Process specialists throughout the successful implementation lifecycle of a new Workforce Management Software (ClickSoftware) at a large central Canada telecommunication company. Derek has also led the development, execution and support of end to end testing and support processes for a large telecommunication company’s Workforce Management Software implementation (ClickSoftware) that impacted over 500+ employees province wide. In their previous role as Manager High Speed Technical Support at Shaw Communications, Derek was responsible for developing and implementing new Process and Performance methodologies practice-wide that provided multiple new revenue sources.
Derek Koyama has a BASc from the University of Toronto in Industrial Engineering from 1990-1995. Derek also has a certification from the Canadian Association of Management Consultants in Ethical Behaviour - Best Practices of Management Consultants from 2016-2016. Lastly, they have a Prosci Change Management certification from Adpro from 2012-2012.
