Dennis Gao

Dennis Gao joined DiaCarta in November 2022 and serves as Vice President of Finance and Principle Financial Officer. Dennis manages the Company’s accounting and finance activities and works closely with human resources and legal. Prior to joining DiaCarta, Dennis held CFO and senior operational positions at several high-tech companies, including Halio, Avatar Integrated Systems (acquired by Siemens), ET Healthcare, Integrated Memory Logic (acquired by MaxLinear), DemandTec (acquired by IBM) and E-Tek Dynamics (acquired by JDS Uniphase). He has extensive experience in raising capital and many other M&A activities. He holds MBA in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master in Accounting from Devry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from Nankai University.
