Sera Awad has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing roles. Sera served as the Head of Marketing at Tyro Payments starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Zip Co, including Director of Merchant Marketing, Strategy and Operations, and Marketing Director for Zip Business. At Intuit, they served as the Head of Acquisition Marketing for the Advisor channel. Sera also worked at BT as a Senior Marketing Manager, at Citi as a Senior Marketing Manager for Acquisition, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans, and at Demant as a Group Marketing Manager. Sera began their career at Yes Home Loans as a PR & Marketing Officer and had subsequent roles at Australian First Mortgage, Aussie, and Qantas.
