Andrea Vieira

Andrea Vieira is an experienced professional in the fields of controls, compliance, and ethics, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Controls, Compliance, and Ethics at Diageo since October 2013. In this role, Andrea oversees the effectiveness of CARM controls across Paraguay, Uruguay, and Brazil, while providing support to internal and external audits and ensuring high compliance standards within the organization. Prior to Diageo, Andrea held the position of Corporate Internal Controls Manager at Votorantim Industrial, focusing on the implementation of internal controls across various business units. Andrea's career also includes significant roles at Philips Healthcare, encompassing finance management, operations control, and audit management, as well as experience as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen. Andrea holds a degree from Escola de Engenharia Mauá.
