Elaine Doyle

Elaine Doyle is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as SVP HR North America at Diageo since September 2005. Throughout their career at Diageo, Elaine has held various leadership roles including VP HR Director for the International Supply Centre, Mexico, and Benelux, France & European Supply Chain, as well as HR Director Business Partner for Ireland. Prior to joining Diageo, Elaine worked at Statoil from April 1992 to March 2005, where duties included HR Director Business Partner and Employee Relations Director. Elaine holds a CIPD degree in HR Management from the National College of Ireland, earned between September 1996 and June 1999.
