Jim Tighe

Jim Tighe serves as the Head of Executive Development at Suntory Holdings Limited since January 2021 and has been associated with Beam Suntory since August 2007, holding various roles including VP of Global Talent Development, VP of Leader Development, HR Director for EMEA, Global Director of Organisation Development, and HR Director for the UK. Prior to Beam Suntory, Jim Tighe worked as an HR Business Partner at B&Q from 1986 to 2007. Academically, Jim Tighe obtained a Master of Arts in Business and Executive Coaching and a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology from Leeds Beckett University, along with a Post Graduate qualification in Executive & Business Coaching. Additional qualifications include a BA in Public Administration from Glasgow Caledonian University and participation in a Business Program on Global Leadership at Harvard Business School.
