Elizabeth Szanto is currently the Group Strategy Senior Manager at Diageo, having started in October 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth gained extensive experience at Bain & Company from March 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading projects in corporate strategy and private equity across various sectors. Previous positions include Senior Legal Counsel at Debenhams, where support was provided on commercial contracts and legal issues for international franchises, and Legal Counsel at Associated British Foods plc, offering strategic legal advice in consumer goods. Early career experience includes an associate role at Slaughter and May, where significant legal work was conducted for major corporations, and various educational roles, including a resident tutor at Wycombe Abbey School.
