Gerardo Garcia del Castillo Fournier is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the beverages and consumer goods industries. Since April 2009, Gerardo has held multiple leadership roles at Diageo, currently serving as the Global Head of Commercial for the Rum Category and Captain Morgan, along with various positions focused on customer strategy and marketing across global and regional markets. Prior to joining Diageo, Gerardo worked at Unilever from April 2003 to March 2009, where roles included Customer Marketing Manager and Key Account Manager. Gerardo holds a B.A. in Marketing from Universidad Tecnológica de México and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Trade Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
