Joana Oliveira

Joana Oliveira is currently serving as the Head of Commercial at Diageo since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joana was part of the Global Sales Leadership Team at Bel from November 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Sales Strategy & Planning team and driving a major transformation process across multiple strategic dimensions. Joana’s career also encompasses various sales leadership positions at Danone, where roles included National Key Account and Route to Market Manager, and at Mars as a Key Account Manager. Earlier professional experiences include managerial roles at SONAE and Texto Editores. Joana holds an Executive Master in Management with Specialization in Leadership from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, completed in 2020, and a degree in Economics and Management from FEP U. Porto attained in 2003.
