Louise Ryan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beverage and FMCG industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Diageo since June 2025, Ryan previously held the position of Managing Director for Pernod Ricard Nordics from July 2018 to May 2025, and served as Managing Director and Strategy & Insights Director at Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard from June 2012 to July 2018. Ryan began a career in consultancy as a Sales & Marketing Consultant/Interim Manager for various clients between January 2010 and June 2012.
