Melissa Neal

Melissa Neal has extensive administrative experience, currently serving as a Logistics Administrator at Diageo since May 2022 after a secondment to the Production, Planning, and Logistics team. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Moray Sports Centre as a Business Area Administrator and Administration and Front of House Manager from April 2019 to May 2022. Melissa also held the position of Finance and Administration Officer at Highlands and Islands Enterprise from January 2018 to April 2019, providing administrative support to teams within the organization. Earlier career highlights include roles at the University of Essex, where Melissa worked from 1989 to 2017, culminating as Sports Administration Manager, overseeing administrative processes and systems at the Sports Centre. Melissa holds an LCCI Private Secretary's Certificate and various qualifications from Colchester Institute, along with GCEs and O levels from Stanway Comprehensive School and The Stanway School.
