Nichole Johnson Gengaro is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in managing recruitment strategies across various industries. Nichole currently serves as the Talent Engagement Manager at Diageo and has previously held significant roles, including Global Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Growth Group at AB InBev and Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at Eyeview, which was acquired by Aki.
