Sue Bennett

Sue Bennett currently serves as the Global Head of Recruitment Operations at Diageo, a position held since November 2019, where responsibility includes leading global recruiting operations and enhancing recruitment capabilities through advanced tools and technologies. Prior to Diageo, Sue worked at PepsiCo from May 2017 to November 2019, first as the Global Talent Acquisition COE Lead and then as the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations for Europe & Africa, focusing on transforming talent acquisition through innovative technology solutions. Sue also has extensive experience with Nike from 2010 to 2017, culminating in the role of Talent Acquisition Director for Europe, overseeing all regional hiring programs. Earlier experience includes a decade at Quest Search and Selection, where Sue advanced from Recruiter to Director of Recruitment Operations, managing large teams and overseeing recruitment for major UK retailers. Sue holds a BA Hons in History from the University of Exeter, graduating with a 2.1 degree.
