Divya Skaria is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at DIAGNAL since February 2022. Previously, Divya held several positions at Malayala Manorama Co. Ltd, advancing from Management Trainee to Senior Executive Human Resources, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions, engaging with business leaders, and developing effective sourcing strategies. Divya began a professional journey as an intern at MRF, providing insights to enhance supervisory training programs.
