Ulrike Ecke

Ulrike Ecke is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a strong background in recruitment and placement. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Thinkproject since March 2022, Ulrike plays a crucial role in driving recruitment strategies for a leading company in construction intelligence. Prior to this role, Ulrike was on sabbatical from November 2020 to March 2022 and previously worked at the International School of Management in Germany from February 2019 to October 2020. Ulrike's experience also includes significant positions such as Senior Recruiting Administrator at McKinsey & Company from December 2010 to August 2018, and Teamassistenz at euro engineering AG between March 2008 and September 2010. Ulrike began a professional career in event marketing with Euroexpo Messe- und Kongress-GmbH from September 2006 to February 2008.
