Jessica Piňón has held a variety of positions since 2014. Jessica began as a Sales Assistant at PULL&BEAR in 2014, followed by an Internship at Instituto Cervantes - Biblioteca y Centro de Recursos de la Agregaduría de Educación in 2016. That same year, they also worked as a Receptionist at ANEXT, a.s. In 2017, they were a Backoffice Assistant at MAN Truck & Bus Slovakia s. r. o. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Translator at Transtrade s.r.o. and a Customer Operations Specialist at Henkel. In 2020, they also completed an Internship Program at the European Commission Representation in Slovakia. Currently, they are a Customer Care Specialist at Diagnose.me and a PTP Procurement Specialist at Johnson Controls.

Jessica Piňón completed a Bachelor's degree in Interpretation and Translation in English and Spanish from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave between 2015 and 2018. Jessica then pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same university, which they completed in 2020. In 2019, they began a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Universidade de Vigo, which they are currently still pursuing.
