Brandon Giuttari has a diverse work experience starting from 2006 until present day. Their most recent position is at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries where they hold the role of Community Life Director since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Office Manager at the same company starting in September 2022. Before joining Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, they worked as the Assistant Activities Director at Diakon Luther Crest Senior Community from February 2019 until September 2022. Brandon also has experience as the Membership Engagement Director at Pocono Family YMCA from May 2018 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, Brandon worked in customer service roles such as Hotel Front Desk at The Budget Inn and Suites from December 2010 to November 2017, Outbound and Inbound Telemarketing at Manhattan Club from March 2010 to December 2010, Guest Services at Camelback Resort from December 2009 to March 2010, Front Desk Shift Manager at Mt. Airy Casino Resort from March 2008 to August 2009, and Front Desk/Reservations at Skytop Lodge from September 2006 to March 2008.

Brandon Giuttari has a diverse educational background. In 1996, they graduated from Blue Mountain Academy, where they obtained an Academic degree. Following that, from 1999 to 2002, they attended Sussex County Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in English.

In 2015, Brandon enrolled in East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a degree in Recreation Services Management with a focus on Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies. Brandon completed their studies at East Stroudsburg University in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Brandon has also obtained various certifications. In July 2021, they completed the Modulator Education Program for Activity Professionals offered by NCCAP. Following that, in September 2021, they became certified as an Activity Director through the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals. Most recently, in May 2022, Brandon obtained the Personal Care Home Administrator certification from the PA Department of Public Welfare.
