Minna Fredriksson is a seasoned expert in human rights and conflict resolution with extensive experience in program development, advocacy, and strategic oversight within various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Advisor for Human Rights and Conflict at Diakonia since August 2013, Fredriksson leads initiatives on conflict mainstreaming and supports diverse peace-building efforts across multiple regions. Previous roles include managing humanitarian programs for refugees, serving on committees focused on protecting human rights defenders, and participating in governance and quality assurance boards for organizations dedicated to human rights. Fredriksson holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Uppsala University and has completed various certifications and training courses in peacebuilding and quality management.
