Victoria Sosiura

Victoria Sosiura has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Victoria is currently working as the Head of Operations and Capacity sharing at Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Capacity Building/Feedback Mechanism at Global Communities from September 2022 to June 2023. Victoria also worked at Caritas, where they served as the Director of Organizational Development and Administrative Operations department from May 2018 to July 2022, and as the Director of the HR department from May 2015 to May 2018. Before Caritas, Victoria was the Head of the HR Administrative unit at The Good Deeds from 2013 to 2015. Victoria started their career as an HR Generalist at INPROM from 2011 to 2013 and previously worked as a Project Manager at Sevent from 2009 to 2011.

Victoria Sosiura attended Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2003 to 2008. Victoria studied Romano-Germanic philology and also pursued a specialization in interpretation, specifically in French. Victoria obtained additional certifications such as the HEAT course from Global Communities in December 2022, the Protection from sexual abuse and exploitation (Training of Trainers for PSEA focal points) from United Nations OCHA in October 2022, the Development of the Compliance and Feedback Mechanism from Catholic Relief Services in March 2021, and the Safeguarding certification from Catholic Relief Services in December 2019. In 2019, they also completed an Organization Development Certification facilitated by Caritas Europa. Additionally, Victoria obtained a certification in WEB Programming from Курсор in 2014.
