Dick Karlsson has over 20 years of experience in various roles and companies. dick co-founded Diakrit International in 2008, where they served as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Diakrit provides real estate brokers with marketing content and social media advertising services. Prior to that, they co-founded Matrix AB in 2001 and served as the CEO until 2008. dick also co-founded Centus AB in 2001 and served as the CSO until 2006 when it was acquired by Addnode. dick worked at Kabel New Media AG as the Head of Sales Northern Europe from 2000 to 2001, leading a sales organization of more than 50 sales representatives. Before that, they worked at SGI as the Nordic Financial Manager in 1999, where they were responsible for international financing solutions and restructuring the Swedish sales organization.

Dick Karlsson obtained a Master's Degree in International Business from Uppsala University, studying from 1994 to 1998. In addition, they completed the Scaling Up Master Business Course offered by Growth Institute, obtaining certification in March 2021.
