Leila McKenzie-Delis has a diverse and extensive work experience. Leila is the Founder and CEO of DIAL Global, a global community for Diverse Inclusive Aspirational Leaders focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in business environments. Leila McKenzie-Delis is also the Founder of the McKenzie-Delis Foundation, which funds groundbreaking research in diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity.

Leila serves as an Advisory Board Member for Inclusion Think Tank at Co-op and as the Founder and Advisor for The McKenzie-Delis Review, which is an annual review of diversity, inclusion, and belonging with FTSE 500 CEOs and public sector leaders.

Leila McKenzie-Delis is the author of "Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging - A Leadership Guide About Why Everyone Matters & How To Make Them Feel Like They Do," where they explore the importance of diversity and inclusion beyond traditional categories and emphasizes the impact of diverse teams on business success.

Prior to their current roles, they founded Leila McKenzie Associates Limited, specializing in executive search and research with a focus on diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity. Leila also served as the Director of Property Development at MDV Developments and as an Executive Committee Member at The Institute of Directors.

Additionally, they have held positions as a Strategic Advisor and Founding Member & Director, UK North at Winmark, where they developed C-suite networks for FTSE and Fortune companies. Earlier in their career, they founded LOFT Talent Acquisition Ltd, which focused on talent acquisition in the food & drink, consumer goods, FMCG, and ingredients industry.

Leila McKenzie-Delis has a diverse education history. In 2022, they completed 6 out of 6 modules towards the Diversity & Inclusion - Cornell Certificate Program at Cornell University. This program focused on countering bias, coaching culture, driving engagement, creating an inclusive climate, and understanding employment law and policy.

Prior to this, Leila earned a First Class Honours Degree in Business and Management Studies from Leeds & Manchester Metropolitan Universities, graduating between 2005 and 2008. Leila also obtained an Art Foundation degree from Leeds College of Art and Design from 2004 to 2005, specializing in design for communication media.

Leila has additional qualifications in music, having studied tenor saxophone and clarinet at the Royal School of Music. Leila also completed their A Levels at St Aidan's C/E & St John Fisher Associated Sixth Form, where they studied dual business studies, psychology, art, and general studies. Leila'ssecondary education took place at St Aidan's Church of England Secondary School, where they obtained their GCSEs in subjects such as maths, art, religious studies, dual award science, English media, English literature, music, DT (design technology), drama, and ICT (information and communication technology).

As for additional certifications, Leila obtained The Wealth Economy: a Framework for Sustainable Prosperity 'Beyond GDP' from the University of Cambridge Online in April 2023.
