Carrie Aylward, M.S. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carrie started their career in 2005 as a Building Supervisor at Nebraska Wesleyan University. Carrie then worked as a Coach at Lincoln Public Schools from 2008 to 2010. In 2009, they joined Southeast Community College as a Wellness Coordinator. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at Dial Retirement Communities, initially as a Director of Wellness and later transitioning to Dial Senior Living. At Dial Senior Living, they held the roles of Director of Culture Enhancement and Director of Human Resources & Talent Development. In 2023, they were promoted to Vice President, People & Culture. Throughout their career, Carrie has gained experience in leadership, human resources, talent development, and culture enhancement.
