Celia Thomas has extensive experience in client success and contact center operations, having held leadership roles such as Director of Client Success and Director of Contact Center Operations at DialAmerica and Aucera. Prior positions include Executive Account Manager and Operations Manager at Ansafone Contact Centers, along with an earlier role as a Recruiter at the same organization. Celia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Organizational Management from the College of Central Florida, earned between 2016 and 2018.
