Currently serving as the Director of Contact Center Operations at DialAmerica, Inc., Regina has experience as a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Advisors and MetLife. Prior to that, Regina held the position of Contact Center Manager at Sears. Regina received their education from The University of Toledo, University of Michigan, and Bedford High School.
