Gina Kovanda

Gina Kovanda is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience, currently serving as Manager of Product Design at Dialexa, an IBM Company, since February 2024. With a freelance design practice established in December 2006, Gina has undertaken diverse projects in website and branding design. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at Lonely Planet, where strategic leadership was provided for complex user flows, and Senior UI/UX Designer at Tuft & Needle, focusing on user experience and design systems across multiple brands. Additional roles span various organizations, including Medical Solutions, Spreetail, and Hudl, contributing to innovative design solutions and stakeholder engagement. Gina holds a BFA in Graphic and Web Design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Associate degree in General Study from Central Community College.
