Hiresha Thennakoon has extensive experience in software quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Operations Executive at Dialog Axiata PLC since February 2017, while also holding the title of Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Prior roles include Software Quality Assurance Analyst at John Keells Computer Services Pvt. Ltd. and Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Lanka Bell, among others. Hiresha's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from University College Dublin, an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Staffordshire University, and various diplomas from the National Institute of Business Management in Sri Lanka.
