Shalika Halpandeniya

Shalika Halpandeniya has over 18 years of experience in core network planning and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at Dialog Axiata PLC since March 2005, overseeing network evolution and single vendor implementation. Previous roles include Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on legacy network phase-out and core network expansions while initiating the first NGN MSC deployment at Dialog. Earlier positions include Specialist in NSS Planning & Development and Engineer, where Shalika contributed to capacity planning, RFP preparation, and performance analysis. Shalika holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecommunications, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic & Telecommunication from the University of Moratuwa, along with foundational education from Royal College, Colombo.
