Ayalew Zegeye Asfaw is an accomplished executive and consultant with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dialogue Ethiopia since August 2019, Ayalew also holds positions as an Associate at Collective Leadership Institute e.V. and Dialogos. Previously, Ayalew acted as a Goodwill Ambassador for the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations and was the founding President of the Ethiopian Institute of Corporate Governance. Ayalew has over 16 years of experience as General Manager at AMDAMU PLC, and leadership roles include Chairman of the Board at Addis Africa International Convention and Exhibition Center S.C. Ayalew's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Addis Ababa University.
