Kate W. Isaacs is a seasoned academic and consultant with extensive experience in management, leadership development, and collaborative research. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer, Lecturer, and Research Scientist at the MIT Sloan School of Management since September 2017, Kate has previously worked as an Executive Fellow at the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance and as a Partner at Dialogos, a global management consulting firm. Kate's research spans various industries, focusing on collaborative successes in the biomedical field during tenure as a Research Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and analyzing community health collaboratives with ReThink Health. With a PhD in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master's Degree in Technology and Policy from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Kate brings a robust academic foundation to a career marked by significant contributions to organizational transformation and sustainable practices.
